Dr. Lydia Kalsner-Silver received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University with an emphasis on adolescent and family psychology. She also completed two Masters Degrees from Columbia University including an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology. Her clinical internship was at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she received specialized training in working with children, families and couples.

Dr. Carol Quintana is a New York and Florida State Licensed Psychologist who works clinically with children, adolescents, and adults of varying ages. She specializes in both DBT and clinical hypnosis to help patients work through difficulties regulating their emotions due to trauma and dissociation. As a bilingual Psychologist, Dr. Quintana is able to provide services to both an English and Spanish speaking clientele. Alissa was trained at Yale University and Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital’s intensive outpatient program in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has received intensive training to provide adherent DBT for substance use disorders, DBT for adolescents and Prolonged Exposure in combination with DBT.
