Dr. Natalie Sanchez, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through evidence-based, compassionate care. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish, specializing in mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and complex behavioral challenges. Dr. Sanchez earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University and completed advanced clinical training at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Inpatient Crisis Unit, Clementine’s Residential Facility for Eating Disorders, and Urban Promise’s Community Mental Health Center. During her residency at Citrus Health Network’s Child Crisis Stabilization Unit, she worked with children and adolescents experiencing severe psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use and medical conditions. Following this, she served as Clinical Director of a short-term residential facility, where she oversaw treatment for adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, and personality disorders.
Dr. Sanchez has received intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and completed comprehensive training in DBT-C, the child adaptation of the model. Her therapeutic approach integrates DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Known for her warm, collaborative style, Dr. Sanchez empowers clients to build resilience, emotional awareness, and self-acceptance.
