PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our usual and customary fees vary by therapist and service, but currently range between $200 - $400 per session. Information and fees for Psychological Testing are listing in the Testing/Evaluations section of this website. For professional services provided that are not listed, fee arrangements will be discussed separately. Such services include: reviewing medical records, extended phone contact with patient or other professionals, preparation of records or treatment summaries, and legal proceedings.
Please note that payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard. If you wish to use medical insurance, we will provide you with a receipt or process your insurance for you as a courtesy.
Sliding scales fees are available on a case by case basis, depending upon client circumstances and need.
